INGREDIENTS

  • 10–12 oz high-quality dark chocolate (70–75% cacao)
  • ½ cup fresh pomegranate seeds
  • ¼ cup shelled pistachios, roughly chopped
  • Optional: pinch of flaky sea salt or dried rose petals

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Melt the Chocolate
    Melt chocolate gently using a double boiler or microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  2. Prepare the Base
    Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Pour melted chocolate onto the sheet and spread evenly into a thin layer.
  3. Top with Flavor
    Sprinkle pomegranate arils evenly across the surface. Add chopped pistachios and optional sea salt or rose petals.
  4. Set & Chill
    Refrigerate for 20–30 minutes or until fully set.
  5. Break & Serve
    Break into rustic pieces and serve alongside chilled Melograno Pomegranate Cosmopolitan.
