INGREDIENTS
For the Shrimp
1 lb large shrimp, peeled & deveined
2 tbsp olive oil
Zest & juice of 1 lime
1 tsp smoked paprika
½ tsp cumin
½ tsp garlic powder
Salt & pepper to taste
Lime Crema
½ cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
1 tbsp lime juice
1 tsp lime zest
Pinch of salt
INSTRUCTIONS
Marinate the Shrimp
Toss shrimp with olive oil, lime juice, zest, spices, salt, and pepper. Let marinate for 15–20 minutes.
Grill
Grill shrimp over medium-high heat for 2–3 minutes per side until lightly charred and opaque.
Make the Lime Crema
Whisk all ingredients together until smooth. Chill until ready to serve.
Assemble Tacos
Layer shrimp onto warm tortillas. Add cabbage, drizzle with lime crema, and top with mango or pineapple salsa.
